Miss USA Being Poor and Homeless

Miss Colorado who will represent the state to the event’s Miss USA, Blair Griffith, destitute and homeless. Thus was launched AFP on Thursday (24/02/2011).

Griffith and her mother was forced to stay at a friend’s house since they were evicted from their homes after her father died and her mother suffered a heart attack.

“It’s very difficult and I could not just sit and sit on my hands. However, where we must go, “said 23-year-old woman. The problem began about nine years ago when her father, Gary, died of cancer.

“I am very sad but I can not let this happen because I know my father wanted to see something from within myself,” she said.

Griffith won the Miss Colorado Teen USA 2006. However, three years later her mother suffered a heart attack and make them have to toil to earn money for operating costs.
